If a product is sold with “Lifetime Access,” this refers to the lifetime of the product itself or the lifetime of the JL Logic business operations, not the lifetime of the customer.

• Discontinuation: If we decide to discontinue a specific product or course while the business is still operational, we will provide you with reasonable notice (at least 30 days) to download your materials.
• Business Closure: In the unlikely event that JL Logic ceases operations or closes down, we will make our best attempt to provide you with a way to download or access your purchased content before our systems go offline. However, we cannot guarantee that access to digital products (especially those hosted on third-party servers) will remain available after the business has closed.

5. Licence Terms and Intellectual Property

5.1 Licence Types

When you purchase a Product, JL Logic grants you one of two licence types depending on the product tier you select at checkout. Both licences are limited, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable. Your licence type determines how you may use the Products.

5.2 Personal Licence — Permitted and Restricted Uses

Under a Personal Licence, you may:

• Use the Products to create digital goods for sale under your own brand.

Under a Personal Licence, you may not:

• Use the Products to create digital goods on behalf of a third-party client for payment.
• Offer done-for-you digital product creation as a service to others.
• Sublicence, resell, or transfer your licence to any other person or entity.

5.3 Commercial Licence — Permitted and Restricted Uses

Under a Commercial Licence, you may:

• Use the Products to create digital goods for your own brand.
• Use the Products to create digital goods on behalf of paying clients as part of a done-for-you service.
• Operate as an agency, freelancer, or consultant offering digital product creation services.

Under a Commercial Licence, you may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicence the Products or the underlying tools themselves.
• Grant your clients access to the JL Logic platform, tools, or content directly.
• Use the Products to train, build, or power a competing product or service.

5.4 Restrictions Applicable to Both Licences

Regardless of licence type, you may not:

• Reproduce, resell, distribute, or redistribute any Product or its content on any file-sharing platforms
• Create derivative works based on any Product without express written permission
• Share, publish, or make any Product available to any third party for their own independent use
• Record, screenshot, or capture any video, audio, or other content from any Product for redistribution
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying structure of any Product

If we discover that any violation of these Licence terms has occurred, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your access to all Products and pursue damages.

5.5 Intellectual Property Ownership

The Website and its content, and all Products — including but not limited to videos, coursework, training modules, images, digital content, software, text, graphics, and other material — are owned or licensed by the Company and are protected by copyright, trademarks (whether registered or unregistered), design rights, database rights, and all other applicable intellectual property rights (“Intellectual Property”).

Processing: If you qualify for a refund, it will be processed within 7 business days. Please note that third-party payment processor fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount depending on the processor’s terms.

Exceptions: This 14-Day Guarantee is our standard change-of-mind policy. It does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law regarding major failures or defective goods (see Section 12).
